PURPOSE: To prevent SAKU (a plate-like cut fish block) from attaching scattered cut waste to a feed roller when the cut fish block of frozen tuna is cut into narrow and long piece and thereby causing attachment of the waste and transfer of unevenness of roller surface due to the waste to the SAKU in feeding the SAKU.

CONSTITUTION: A shielding plate 1 is provided between a main feed roller 8 and a roller 9 to be fed and simultaneously a scraper 2 protrusively extended toward the upper part on the main feed roller 8 from halfway during the shielding plate 1 and bringing the top into contact with the peripheral surface of the roller 8 is installed and further, a waste discharge device 3 for discharging waste shaved off by the scraper 2 to the outside by blowing of compressed gas is provided. A waste receiving conduit 4 is provided in the lower part of the shielding plate 1 and a waste discharge device 5 on the conduit side for discharging waste stored here to the outside by blowing of compressed gas is provided.
