PURPOSE: To make the cooling and heating operation most efficient in keeping with change of seansons, etc., and enable switching over from cooling to heating, and vice versa, in a short time by providing between a regenerative water tank and a heat source device a controlling valve circuit having control valves in an arrangement of a bridge and by connecting an air-conditioning machine in parallel with the heat source device.
CONSTITUTION: A controlling valve circuit 5 having control valves 51-54 in an arrangement of a bridge is provided between a regenerative water tank 1 and a heat source device 3 with a pump 7 and an air-conditioning machine 4 is connected in parallel with the heat source device 3. In this constitution, by switching over the control valves 51-54 in the controlling circuit 5 as the occasion may demand chilled water or hot water produced by the operation of the heat source device 3 utilizing the nighttime power supply or obtained as surpluses from the cooling or heating operation of the airconditioning machine A under a low load is sent to the regenerative water tank 1 to have the cold heat or heat in storage. Subsequently, by switching over in the controlling valve circuit 5 the cooling or heating is effected by the heat source device 3 operated in a closed circuit system or by the regenerative water tank 1 in an open circuit system or operation combining the closed and open circuit systems.
