PURPOSE: To enlarge the temperature difference, which can be made, of the water in the regenerative water tank so as to allow the size of the regenerative water tank to be smaller and the capacity of the heat source machine to be decreased by providing a heat exchanger for superheating the refrigerant in the heat source machine with a circulating water circuit for supplying water from the high-temperature side of the regenerative water tank and returning the water to the high temperature side.
CONSTITUTION: The subject relates to a device provided with a regenerative water tank 1 for storing water as a regenerative medium, a heat source machine 3 to which water is supplied from the high temperature side of the regenerative water tank 1 and to its low temperature side chilled water is supplied, and an air-conditioning machine 4 to which cold water is supplied from the low temperature side of the regenerative water tank 1 and to its high temperature side the return water is returned. The equipment furthermore includes a heat exchanger 2 for supercooling the refrigerant in the heat source machine and a circulating water circuit for supplying water from the high temperature side of the regenerative water tank 1 to the heat exchanger 2 and returning the water to the high temperature side. Thus the return water which has been used for cooling by the air-conditioning machine 4 and returned to the high temperature side of the regenerative water tank 1 is circulated to the heat exchanger 2 which supercools the refrigerant in the heat source machine 3 again so as to make use of the heat carried by the water to the utmost of possibility. Therefore the temperature difference of water, which can be used, can be enlarged.
