Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water evaporation-accelerating coating agent composition capable, when coated on a base material, of efficiently diffusing water on the base material surface.SOLUTION: The provided water evaporation-accelerating coating agent composition includes one, two, or more types of compounds or polymers selected from the group consisting of (i) a copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide wherein the ratio of oxyethylene groups and oxypropylene groups is 5 : 95-50 : 50 (molar ratio), (ii) a polyalkylene oxide possessing a terminal hydrocarbon group having 8-20 carbon atoms, (iii) a compound including hydrocarbon groups each having 8-20 carbon atoms and oxyethylene groups at a ratio of 95 : 5-30 : 70 (mass ratio), and (iv) a polymer obtained by polymerizing an N-vinyl lactam compound in the presence of a polyalkylene oxide.
