With the constant distance between the wave absorbing member and the duct walls which implements the absorption of radio waves P of only specific frequencies, changes in the angle of incidence by curvatures of the duct and multiple reflection in the duct involving scattering can implement the absorption of a wide band of a radio wave P intruding in the wave absorbing duct 50 on the basis of a property that the absorption frequencies depend on the angle of incidence.
