To obtain a wear-resistant sheet, a foamable sheet and an elastic foam made of the sheets, useful for mats for swimming pool, mats for bath room and mats for kitchens, etc.
This wear-resistant elastic sheet is obtained by kneading a resin component comprising 70-90 pts.wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 17-26wt.% vinyl acetate content and 0.5-5g/10 minutes melt index and 10-30 pts.wt. of a polyurethane elastomer having 70-100°C Vickers softening point by a heating kneader at 80-130°C for at least 7 minute and then by a calendering method by styrene. The foamable sheet is obtained by kneading a resin composition comprising 70-90 pts.wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 17-26wt.% vinyl acetate content and 0.5-5g/10 minutes melt index, 10-30 pts.wt. of a polyurethane elastomer having 70-100°C Vickers softening point and 0.1-25 pts.wt. of a chemical blowing agent by a heating kneader at 80-130°C for at least 7 minute and then by a calendering method by styrene.
