Abstract:
To positively enlarge a seal width of a weather strip closely contiguous to an opening peripheral edge for a door of a car body, so that the sufficient seal width can be ensured even when suction force acts.
This weather strip 30 is mounted in a door peripheral edge 33 of an automobile to closely seal an opening peripheral edge 35 for a door of a car body. The weather strip 30 is provided with a seal 36 comming into close contact with the opening peripheral edge for the door when it is closed, and providing a hollow shape with a section cut by a virtual surface extended in a car body width direction and a means increasing a seal width of this seal.
