Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web conveyance device capable of mechanically performing the lock and lock release of rotations relative to each other of two feeding shafts.SOLUTION: A web conveyance device comprises: a first feeding shaft to which a first raw fabric is set; a second feeding shaft to which a second raw fabric is set; and a differential device disposed on the opposite side of the first feeding shaft with respect to the second feeding shaft. On the outer peripheral surface of a housing of the differential device and on the outer peripheral surface of the second feeding shaft, a pair of ring gears are provided respectively and coaxially with the second feeding shaft. At the outside of the housing, a lock gear capable of engaging with both of the pair of ring gears and a lock gear drive part, which brings the lock gear into contact with both of the pair of ring gears, locks rotations relative to each other of the housing and the second feeding shaft, separates the lock gear from at least one of the pair of the ring gears, and releases the lock of the rotations relative to each other of the housing and the second feeding shaft, are provided.
