PURPOSE: To provide a herbicidal composition that contains a combination of a quick-acting herbicide with a systemic herbicide and shows quick-acting properties as well as long-lasting activity. CONSTITUTION: This herbicidal composition contains (A) a compound of formula I R<1> is H, CN, NO2 , an alkyl; m is 1-4; R<2> is N, CR<1> ; R<3> is formula II, formula III [R<4> is formula IV (R<4> is formula IV; R<5> and R<6> are each H, an alkyl, a halogen; R<7> is (CH<2> )0-2 , CH=OH; R<8> is OH, CHO, CN, SO3 H)]}, typically 2-[6-(2- chloro-6-fluoro-4-trifluoromethylphenoxy)benzotriazol-1-yl]propionic ethyl and (B) a compound of formula V (A, B, C, D, E, U, V are each H, a halogen NO2 , an alkyl, alkoxy; R<21> is H, an alkyl, phenyl; R<22> is H, an alkyl, an alkoxy; R<23> is H, an alkyl, an alkenyl; W is CN, thiocarbamoyl; X is O, S) or a compound of formula IV (X' is a halogen, NO2 , an alkyl; R<31> is H, an alkyl, an alkenyl; R<32> is an alkyl, phenyl; R<33> is an alkyl, an alkenyl).
