Abstract:

To prevent the nozzle slip-out of a weft in weft breakage with a simple mechanism without damaging the weft insertion stability and weft quality in a weft-insertion nozzle of a fluid jet loom.

A cylindrical member 51a having a cylindrical part 55a having a through-hole 50a and having a cylindrical form at least at an longitudinal end of the member is placed in a manner to fit the cylindrical member in either one of the inside and the outside of a thread guide 3, and a plurality of protrusions 11 tapering from the base end 15 toward the end side are placed in the circumferential direction at the downstream side end of the cylindrical member 51a or the thread guide 3 based on the weft-insertion direction to form a weft-introducing path 5 essentially with the inner circumferential face of the member, etc.
