Abstract:
PURPOSE: To join a sleeve to a slender tube with a small diameter by holding high accuracy in the centering of a working head for welding by a laser beam.
CONSTITUTION: A center hole is formed by piercing the inner part of a housing 1 in its axial direction, and an optical fiber 2, a converging optical system 3 and a reflection mirror 4 are provided in this center hole. Also, a guide shaft 9 is provided in an extended part in the longitudinal direction of the housing 1. Guide grooves 10 are formed on the circumference of this guide shaft 9, dividing in equal parts. Centering wires 11 are fitted respectively in these guide grooves 10.
