PURPOSE: To facilitate use and to improve water repellency and stain-proofing property by impregnating a wax agent of a fluorine system into a band-shaped non-woven fabric sheet provided with lancing lines for cutting at every prescribed length and swelling this sheet.

CONSTITUTION: The band-shaped nonwoven fabric sheet provided with the lancing lines for cutting at every prescribed length is swollen by the wax agent of the fluorine system. The blank materials for the nonwoven fabric sheet are natural fibers, man-made fibers, such as synthetic fibers and cellulosic fibers, or Japanese paper, etc. The sticking by the excess absorption of the wax agent is eliminated and wiping is facilitated if hydrophilic fibers and hydrophobic fibers are blended. The lancing lines for cutting of the nonwoven fabric sheet are provided in compliance with the case of wet tissue. The water repelling agent and stainproofing agent of the fluorine system which are blended with a stain removing agent are used as the wax agent.
