To obtain a wettable composition for agriculture comprising a fungus as an active ingredient which maintains a high survival rate for a long period of time, has excellent physical properties in application, and to provide a method for stably preserving the wettable composition for agriculture for a long period of time.
The wettable composition for agriculture is obtained by mixing a mixture containing a filamentous fungus spore being dried powder having 2-10 μm volume median particle diameter and the ratio of 90% volume diameter/10% volume diameter of ≤5.02 and an arbitrary surfactant with at least 1 mass %, based on the whole mass of the composition, of an adsorbent having water absorption ability. The composition is produced by grinding the mixture containing the filamentous fungus spore, the adsorbent having water absorption ability and an additive component such as another surfactant in a fixed ratio, by impact type grinding, mixing and adjusting the whole water content to <2.5 mass %. The composition is sealed in a bag-like body made of an airtight film and preserved.
