This wheel drying apparatus 1 is configured to dry an unpainted wheel 100 where moisture adheres to the surface thereof, including a substantially annular rim part 102, a hub fitting part 101 disposed biased to a first end face side, which is one end face in the substantially annular rim part 102, and a spoke part 103 formed extending radially from the outer periphery of the hub fitting part 101, the end part of which is connected to the vicinity of a first peripheral part 102a in the first end face 120 of the rim part. The wheel drying apparatus 1 includes a first induction heating part 2 disposed adjacent and opposite to the first end face 120 in the wheel 100 and a relative position changing means for changing the relative position of the first end face to the first induction heating part.
