Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress a space for detecting stepping stroke to the minimum so as to make a device compact by performing rotational movement of a coupling means for a stroke sensor by a radius smaller than the radius of the rotational movement of a pedal.
CONSTITUTION: A lever 21, a ball stud 22, and a ball 23 are provided at the tip side of a rotary shaft 20 of a stroke sensor 18 and a ball seat 24 is provided to its outside. A guide 26 provided with a long hole recessed part 27 is fixed to the side face of an arm 11 of a clutch pedal 10. The ball 23 is received by the recessed part 27. And the ball 23 moves in the long hole recessed part 27 by the relative movement between the ball 23 and the arm 11 based on the difference between the large radius of rotational movement of the clutch pedal 10 and the small radius of rotational movement of the ball 23 at the tip side of the lever 21 of the stroke sensor 18 so as to absorb. Therefore, a space for stepping stroke for the clutch pedal 10 can be suppressed to the minimum.
