Abstract:

PURPOSE: To smoothly perform the winding work of a resistance cable by reducing the viscosity of fluoric rubber in unvulcanized condition properly without applying a remover on the winding core.
CONSTITUTION: A resistance wire 13 is wound laterally on a winding core 12, which has a reinforcing core 11 covered by extrusion with fluoric rubber where ferrite powder is mixed, and the winding core 12, where this resistance wire 13 is wound laterally is covered with an reinforcing layer 14, a reinforcing braid 15, and a sheath 16 in order. The fluoric rubber contains reinforcing polymer. The reinforcing polymer is a blended polymer where an ethylene vinyl copolymer (EVA) being compatible with the fluoric rubber and besides being vulcanized together at the time of vulcanization is blended, and for the blend ratio, EVA is 5 to 25wt.% of the polymer.
