Abstract:

To provide a wireless channel assignment method capable of assigning a wireless channel by taking into account a frequency and power at the same time, and to provide a program and a recording medium in which the program is recorded.

The wireless channel assignment method includes a step of assigning a wireless channel of a spot beam (i) by using a linear programming whose objective function is decided to maximize the accommodating capacity with respect to a traffic demand of the beam under an electric energy restriction condition where a required electric energy of each master station is the available electric energy of the master station or below, a frequency band restriction condition where the required frequency band of the entire system is the available frequency band of the entire system or below, and a first restriction condition where the required frequency band of the spot beam (i) is the available frequency band of the spot beam (i) or below.
