Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work-piece conveying device that can eliminate the need for displacement of conveying members according to change of work-pieces or reduce the displacement.SOLUTION: A work-piece conveying device 10, configured to convey a work-piece W from a conveyance starting position P1 to a conveyance ending position P2, comprises: a first conveying member 21 having a first engaging portion 31 which engages with the work-piece W from a rear side in a work conveying direction X; a second conveying member 22 having a second engaging portion 32 which engages with the work-piece W from a front side in the work conveying direction X; and a first driving mechanism 24 which conveys the work-piece W from the conveyance starting position P1 to a position passing over the conveyance ending position P2 and then returns the work-piece W in the opposite direction X' of the work-piece conveying direction X so as to position the work-piece W at the conveyance ending position P2, by moving the first conveying member 21 and the second conveying member 22. The second engaging portion 32 can move to separate from and approach the first engaging portion 31 in the work-piece conveying direction X and the opposite direction X' thereof, and is energized toward a direction in which the portion approaches the first engaging portion 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
