PURPOSE: To surely hold a work until it is gripped by a carrying device by providing a work pressing member on a slide guide member, energizing it in the pressing direction, forming a flange part on the upper end part side of the pressing member, and providing an adsorbing member which is energized to a fixed die size and adsorbed to the flange.

CONSTITUTION: On a movable die (upper die) 11 side, a slide guide member (pin) 14 which extends to a fixed die (lower die) 12 side is provided. By a pressing member 15 guided by the slide guide member 14, a work 13 is pressed. Subsequently, by a first energizing means (a first spring) 16, the pressing member 15 is energized in the work 13 pressing direction. On the upper end part side of the pressing member 15, a flange part 15b is formed. Next, by a second energizing means (a second spring) 17, an adsorbing member (magnet) is energized to the fixed die 12 side, and in a state that a flange part 15a approaches a prescribed position, the adsorbing member 18 is adsorbed to the flange part 15a. In such a way, a pressed state by the pressing member of the work can be maintained.
