To provide a system which accurately grasps the circumstance of work using a machine and a vehicle and automatically records and reports them.
For instance, in the case of a shovel car 1, the vehicle is provided with a rotational sensor 17 which detects engine rotation, a travel sensor 19 which detects the travel of the vehicle, a proximity sensor 21 that detects the position of a lift and a ten key board 15 to which a worker inputs a work road number and supply amount, etc. The work state of the shovel car 1 such as idling, rest, real work, forwarding and moving is identified by inputting signals from them to a vehicle controller 23. The identified work state is automatically written on an IC card 11 through an IC card reader/writer 13 of the vehicle. The card 11 is set to an IC card reader/writer 25 of an office computer 7 after a day work is over and work contents are automatically read to the computer 7 from the card 11.
