Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent remaining of works in a barrel at the time of taking the works out of this barrel after, for example, a plating treatment, to individually and completely wash the works and to prevent flawing and noises by collision of the works.
CONSTITUTION: Water 44 is packed into a taking out vessel 26 and the barrel 1 is immersed into this water 44 and is turned upside down in this state. A cap 6 is opened and the barrel 1 is oscillated in this state, by which the water infiltrating the barrel 1 is disturbed. The works W sticking to the inside of the barrel 1 are parted by the rinsing effect generated by the disturbance of the water, by which the works are individually dropped into a work receiving vessel 34 and are washed.
