Abstract:
To provide a work transfer device which, even when there are bends on works, can correctly transfer them one by one.SOLUTION: The work transfer device of this invention is characterized by including: work mounting means which is provided at a pre-determined position and on which are mounted works as multiple long objects in a pile-up state; detection means which detects the end part of one end side of the work positioned on the uppermost part among the multiple works pile-mounted on the mounting means and outputs space position information signals indicating the space position of the end of the work; and first transfer means which receives the space position information signals from the detection means, identifies the work end part that is in the space position indicated by the space position information signals, acts on that end part, transfers that work for a pre-determined distance in the longitudinal direction to the other end side and picks out the end part of the other end side of the work from the works of the remaining of the pre-determined length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
