Abstract:
To provide a workpiece transport device capable of transporting a workpiece satisfactorily.SOLUTION: The workpiece transport device includes: a transport unit having a transport surface for transporting a workpiece in a mounted state; and traveling wave generating means for generating a traveling wave at least on the transport surface. The transport unit includes: a first transport unit 31 and a second transport unit 41 adjacent to a downstream side of the first transport unit 31 in a transport direction. The first transport unit 31 includes a storage unit 32 for storing the workpiece. The second transport unit 41 is configured to continuously transport a workpiece transported by the first transport unit 31.
