Abstract:

To visually confirm a fiber layer free from disturbance or strain by pressing a transparent acrylic resin layer and a reinforcing woven fabric fiber layer having geometrical regularity under heating by a hot press to laminate them integrally.

A woven fabric fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molded object is obtained by integrally laminating a reinforcing woven fabric fiber layer 1 and a transparent acrylic resin layer 2 by interposing a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 3 having thermal deformation temp. 20-80°C higher than that of the transparent acrylic resin layer between both layers 1, 2. By hot pressing, the woven fabric fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molded object is integrally laminated within a range of 160-220°C under such a state that temp. is higher than the thermal deformation temp of the trasparent thermoplastic resin layer and pressure is 2-50 kg/cm2.
