Title:
WOVEN FABRIC HAVING ANISOTROPY IN LIGHT TRANSMISSIVITY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME WOVEN FABRIC
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001271246
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To efficiently carry out the daylighting while improving effects on interception of the visual field by reducing the transmissivity of light incident from the vertical direction relatively to a cloth and increasing the transmissivity of light from the oblique direction relatively to warp yarns.

This woven fabric is obtained by preparing a design for arranging thick and light-screening weft yarns obliquely in the cloth thickness direction, forming gaps so that light incident from the oblique direction relatively to the warp yarns can efficiently be transmitted, on the other hand, arranging the weft yarns without gaps for light incident from the vertical direction and screening light.
