Abstract:

To suppress an opening between a wall paper and a butt part of the wall paper in an unostentatious manner.

In the woven fabric wall paper formed by attaching a backing paper through an adhesive to the rear surface of a woven fabric composed of warp and weft, a polylactic acid fiber is used at a weight-mixing ratio of 30% or more in at least weft of the woven fabric. The polylactic acid fiber has biodegradability and can suppress opening between the wall paper and the butt part of the wall paper in an unostentatious manner, because the polylactic acid fiber is free from swelling caused by absorption of water and shrinkage caused by release of water.
