Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an X-ray CT image of high picture quality.SOLUTION: A thickness error estimation type projection processing part 100 estimates a basis material thickness projection estimation value 124 for each of M (M≤N) basis materials based on an actual measurement count projection value 121 of N energy windows of a subject acquired by a subject imaging device 20, and estimates a basis material thickness projection estimation error value 125 using a basis material error model part 104. A thickness estimation error using image reconstruction processing part 110 updates the basis material thickness projection estimation value 124 so that the likelihood acquired based on the joint probability density in the entire X-ray projection path acquired based on the basis material thickness projection estimation error value 125 increases, acquires a basis material thickness projection second assumed value 127, and acquires a basis material density image estimation value 128 by subjecting the basis material thickness projection second assumed value 127 to reverse projection processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
