Abstract:

To provide an X-ray diffraction sample oscillation device in which a uniform diffraction ring can be obtained even with coarse and fine samples, an X-ray diffraction device and a method for measuring an X-ray diffraction pattern.

An X-ray diffraction sample oscillation device 11 is used which comprises a first oscillation section 21, a second oscillation section 22 and a third oscillation section 23. The first oscillation section 21 is capable of oscillating a sample holding section 31 holding an X-ray diffraction sample around a first rotation axis in parallel with an X-ray incidence direction. The second oscillation section 22 is capable of oscillating the sample holding section around a second rotation axis orthogonal with the first rotation axis, and the third oscillation section 23 is capable of oscillating the sample holding section around a third rotation axis orthogonal with the first and second rotation axes.
