CONSTITUTION: The cocoon or husk layer of difficult reeling is caught by the yarn guide 5 of the detecting plate 4 before the bottom of the yarn pipe 7 to turn the plate 4 upward. The bar 25 is pushed up to tilt the arm 15, which is struck by the protrusion of the rotating body 20 to turn the working lever 18 which is displaced by the weight 17. The yarn 26 pulls down the loosening lever 23 to detach the lever 24 from the lever 23 and to tilt forward by the own weight. The roll on the tip of the lever 24 crashes into the edge of the reel 14 to stop the rotation, and the roll at the bottom strikes and lifts the lever 23, which is attracted by the magnet 27 and stopped.
