PURPOSE: To improve safety by using a high voltage solenoid, in the device free from the cut of yarn in which the revolution of a yarn handling frame which winds up a yarn through a high speed revolution.

CONSTITUTION: When a node is generated in a ginned cocoon 1 during yarn handling, the yarn can not pass through a small hole on a collector 3. Then, a supporting rod 11 is tilted at the position shown by the chained line by a tension, and then an electric interruptor A12 fixed on the rod 11 tilts as shown by the chained line, and the mercury 13 in the tube of the device 12 transfers to the top edge by the weight, and the electricity in the electric conduction in contact with two electric wires projecting into the tube flows in an electric interruptor B14, and further when the electricity reaches an electromagnet solenoid 15, the solenoid 15 tilts an operating rod 16 as shown by the chained line, and pulls out a connecting wire 17, and pulls down a yarn assisting rod 7, and the upper edge of a stopper 18 tilts at the position shown by the chained line, in contact with the edge of a creel frame 10, and the yarn assisting rod 7 is raised to the position shown by the chained line by the inclination force, and the revolution of the creel frame 10 is stopped, and the yarn 4 stops free from cut.
