To provide a side-ditch block easily manufactured while improving the durability of an alarm sound or vibration generating part.

The side-ditch block 17 is composed of a trunk body of approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape having a cavity 20 penetrating in a longitudinal direction and arranged so that its upper face part 21 is aligned with the upper face of driveway asphalt 29. Recessed parts 23 of rectangular shape in plan view are formed in part of the upper face part 21, and at least part of the remaining part of the upper face part 21 is thereby located in a direction to cross the longitudinal direction. Consequently, when a tire advances in a direction of an arrow mark, the tire gets into contact with the facing remaining part 25 to generate an alarm sound and vibration. Further, a lower position in the bottom face part of each recessed part 23 and the cavity 20 are placed in an inserted state through a round hole 24. Rainwater or the like flowing into the upper face part 21 is thereby drained efficiently into the cavity 20 through the round holes 24.
