PURPOSE: To obtain a lawn maintenance and control device capable of carrying out various kinds of recordings, measurements, etc., through simple handling by estimating and diagnosing damage of disease and insect pest of lawn based on an estimating rule and a diagnosing rule on damage of disease and insect pest and various data including inputted data.
CONSTITUTION: A device 1 for estimating and diagnosing damage of disease and insect pest of lawn is equipped with a data base part 101, a rule base part 102 holding an estimating rule 102a and a diagnosing rule 102b, an inference control part 103, etc., and supports a user for estimation and diagnose of damage of disease and insect pest of lawn. A device 2 for controlling operation results accumulates operation results and observation records related to lawn inputted from a device 8 for inputting and outputting by users in an operation and observation file 5 and a device 3 for controlling weather observation accumulates weather data measured by a local weather observing apparatus 9 in a weather data file 6.
