Abstract:
Provided is a sorting system for sorting a plurality of sheet films (3) each of which has a mark on a part. The system is provided with a CCD camera (8) for capturing an image, an image processing device (9) for detecting the mark on each of the sheet films (3) based on the image captured by the CCD camera (8) and outputting mark detection signals (CH0, CH1) indicating the position of the mark, a PLC (10) for judging whether or not each of the sheet films (3) has the mark, based on the mark detection signals (CH0, CH1), and a sorting device (11) for sorting the plurality of sheet films (3) into sheet films (3) each having the mark and sheet films (3) each having no mark based on the results of judgment of the PLC (10). Thus, the sorting system can automatically sort the sheet films into the sheet films each having the mark and the sheet films each having no mark without requiring manpower.
