PURPOSE: To improve the carrying convenience and reduce the number of components of a band of a wrist-watch type electronic apparatus which has a circuit wiring of an antenna, etc., within the band.

CONSTITUTION: The electronic device comprises a storing part 1a inside a band which has a circuit wiring accommodated in the band, a laminate part 1b in the whole periphery of a flat overlapping part of a case 3 and a rear lid 4, and a connecting part 1c inner than the lamirnate part 1b. The electronic device is formed on a flexible wiring substrate 1. A circuit wiring board has a connecting means for electrically connecting a circuit substrate which is accommodated in the case to constitute an electronic circuit and the connecting part 1c. Moreover, a case packing 7 and a rear lid packing 6 are respectively interposed between the case 3 and the laminate part, of true wiring substrate and between the rear lid 4 and the laminate part.
