Abstract:
大面積の発光素子を低コストで製造するのに適した発光素子用複合基板が提供される。この発光素子用複合基板は、配向多結晶アルミナ焼結体で構成される基板と、基板上に形成された、略法線方向に単結晶構造を有する複数の半導体単結晶粒子で構成される層を二以上有する発光機能層とを備えてなる。
