Abstract:
The controlled wall saw has a guide rail (2) securable on a to-be-cut wall (7) and a saw head (3) moveable along the guide rail. A pivotally adjustable saw arm (4) is on a radial end of a rotatably driven, disc-shaped saw blade (5) and releasably mountable. A program controller (13) controls the saw head and arm and has an input (14) and output (15). A movement sensor (16) determines a position of the saw head along the guide rail and connected with the programmable controller. A pivot angle sensor determines a pivot angle of the saw arm relative to a longitudinal direction of the guide rail. An independent claim is included for a control method.
