Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a gas-sampling method and apparatus thereof capable of adjusting and measuring a pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A first pressure gauge 13, a first three-way valve 14, an impinger assembly body 15 and a second three-way valve 16 are sequentially provided in a sampling path 11. These valves are on/off types. In the downstream of the second three-way valve 16, a gas dryer 17 between a flow meter 18 and a gas flow rate-adjusting valve 19 are provided. In the gas outlet side of the gas flow rate-adjusting valve 19, a second pressure gauge 20 and a dry type gas meter 21 are provided in order and a sampling pump 12 is connected to the end thereof. A dividing pipe 23 is provided between the dry type gas meter 21 and the sampling pump 12 in the sampling path 11 and a pressure adjusting valve 24 is attached to the dividing pipe 23.
