Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder packing method and a device which can efficiently load a commodity to a carrier and can grasp a gravity center position with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A cylinder packing method includes: a loading step (step S1) of arranging and fixing a commodity onto a flat plate; a flat plate gravity center measurement step (step S2) of measuring a gravity center position of the flat plate in which the commodity is arranged and fixed in the loading step; a cylinder forming step (S3) of connecting the plurality of flat plates of which the gravity center position is measured in the flat plate gravity center measurement step, curving the flat plates and forming a cylindrical body; a cylindrical body gravity center measurement step (step S4) of measuring the gravity center position of the cylindrical body formed in the cylinder forming step; and a loading step (step S5) of incorporating the cylindrical body of which the gravity position is measured in the cylinder body gravity measurement step inside of a carrier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
