Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration determination system of a sliding member which can relatively easily specify a deteriorated sliding member when the sliding member is deteriorated.SOLUTION: When it is determined that any of a plurality of sliding members are deteriorated, vibration which is generated at the rotation of a joint by a motor is detected (step S22). Then, a frequency analysis of the detected vibration is performed (step S23), and it is determined whether or not a frequency peak in which an amplification of a specified frequency which is defined in response to a bearing member becomes larger than a prescribed value exists in a frequency spectrum of the vibration which is obtained by the frequency analysis (step S24). Then, when it is determined that the frequency peak exists in the frequency spectrum of the vibration, the deteriorated sliding member is specified as the bearing member, and when it is determined that the frequency peak does not exist in the frequency spectrum of the vibration, the deteriorated sliding member is specified as a seal member (steps S25, S26).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
