Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (2) for measuring the warp tension in a loom (1), said device comprising a measuring element comprising two ends (17a, 17b) and embodied as a deflection element (17), by which means warp threads (5) of the loom (1) can be guided, and a force-measuring device (18) and a lever (21) mounted on a framework (20) of the loom (1) in such a way that it can rotate about a fixed point of rotation (19). The force-measuring device (18) can be acted upon by the measuring element by means of the lever (21). The deflection element (17) is mounted on the lever (21) with one of its two ends (17a, 17b), and is mounted in a stationary manner on the framework (20) of the loom (1) with the other end (17a, 17b). A loom (1) having a framework (20) and at least one device (3) for supplying warp threads (5) comprises at least one device (2) for measuring the warp tension, which is arranged downstream from the device (3) for supplying warp threads (5), in the warp direction, and comprises a deflection element (17) acting as a measuring element.
