Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the danger of an explosion because of the closed state of a faulty suction valve provided at a ventilation duct in a process of drying laundry washed by using a petroleum solvent with hot air. CONSTITUTION:When the detected temperature of a temperature sensor SE1 connected to an input/output port 15 of a microcomputer 10 gets higher than a prescribed temperature continuously for a prescribed time, a CPU 11 judges the abnormality of the suction valve, writes this fact and the required countermeasure attending the fact concerned in a RAM 12, turns off a power source and stops the drying process. When a user turns on the power source again without being aware of the stop of the drying process, the CPU 11 displays the fault of the suction valve on a display device 18 and/or operates a buzzer 19. When the fault of the suction valve is repaired and a manager depresses a clear switch CR, the stored contents in the RAM 12 are erased and the drying process is immediately restarted by turning on the power source.
