The vehicular driving device, in which an engine 1 is connected to an automatic transmission 5 via an engine clutch 3 and the engagement of the engine clutch 3 is controlled with a clutch control pressure Pcc generated by a hydraulic control valve unit 52 of the automatic transmission 5, is provided with a hydraulic pressure conversion cylinder 40 at an intermediate position of a clutch control pressure path communicating the hydraulic control valve unit 52 and a CSC 20 of the engine clutch 3. The hydraulic pressure conversion cylinder 40 converts the clutch control pressure Pcc to clutch operating pressure Pca into the CSC 20 and separates the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) and a clutch hydraulic fluid (special fluid for CSC) as hydraulic fluids for another system.
