Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To abolish a special starter motor for simplified and compact structure of a driving device, by constituting a new configuration in which increase in size of a motor is suppressed while an engine is surely started even during a cold period of the engine or in the case of a high compression ratio engine, relating to the driving device of a vehicle containing an engine and a motor as a drive source.SOLUTION: A drive device 1 of a vehicle includes an engine 2, a ring gear 2j for starting that is provided at a crank shaft 2d of the engine, a differential device 10 having an input part 12a in which a power from the engine is inputted, and a motor 51 for driving a vehicle which contains an output shaft 58 connectable to the input part 12a. A gear 78 is provided which is connectable to the output shaft 58 of the motor 51 while engageable with the ring gear 2j.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
