Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both sufficient drying and assurance of a high IV(intrinsic viscosity) value compatibly, to shorten a manufacturing time and to improve its economy by drying a synthetic resin recycling raw materials such as a comminuted and cleaned PET flake or the like with hot air, selecting the materials according to sizes, and brining the respective raw materials efficiently into contact with hot air. SOLUTION: A first dryer 2 of a rotary net body type is provided at an upper stage, and a second dryer 3 of a vibrating conveyor type is provided at its lower stage. The dryer 2 dries a PET flame A, and sieves out small flake A from a mesh of the rotary net body 20 to soft it. The sieved flake A is received by the dryer 3, and thoroughly dried by blowing hot air to the flake A while giving a vibration to the flake A. A suitable wind force sorter 4 is provided at a wake of the dryer 2, and the relatively large pet flake dried by the dryer 2 is further sorted to heavy one and light one.
