PURPOSE: To provide a cleaning apparatus for cleaning a loom with air jet blasted from an air gun without causing the scattering of dust to surroundings.

CONSTITUTION: A dust-collection device is mounted on the main body 1 of a loom cleaning apparatus 1, a 1st arm 6 and a 2nd arm 7 for hanging a curtain 10 are fixed in swivellable manner, extensible rods 8, 9 are moved to the tip ends of both arms and a curtain 10 is hung on these arms to completely surround a loom and peripheral, apparatuses. The air in the room separated by the curtain 10 is sucked with the dust-collection device.
