Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power demand peak cut program, method, and device capable of estimating battery capacity.SOLUTION: A relative sunshine duration calculation unit 101 calculates estimate relative sunshine duration by using transition matrix data 111. A sunshine amount calculation unit 102 calculates an estimate sunshine amount on the basis of estimate relative sunshine duration data 112 and relative sunshine duration/sunshine amount conversion coefficient data 113. A discharge amount calculation unit 103 calculates a discharge power amount on the basis of estimate PV power generation amount data 115 obtained by multiplying estimate sunshine amount data 114 by a conversion coefficient, power consumption data 116, and a peak power amount. A danger degree calculation unit 104 calculates, for each estimation method, a maximum insufficient power amount and total insufficient power amount on the basis of estimate PV power generation amount/discharge power amount data 117.
