Abstract:
The circuit has a controllable switch connected to a DC motor, and a brake circuit exercising brake short-circuit to the motor. A MOSFET transistor (M3) has an anti-parallel diode and is connected in series to the brake circuit to produce strong impedance in case of polarity inversion and weak impedance in case of correct polarity. The state of weak impedance is controlled by an electrode connected to a brake control signal. An independent claim is also included for a wiper system of window panes of a vehicle.
