Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc acrylate composition which is substantially minute, and which can be homogeneously dispersed and kneaded in a state where sticking and coagulation hardly occur even in a case where it is kneaded with a rubber composition, a method for producing the same, and a golf ball manufactured by using the composition. SOLUTION: The zinc acrylate composition consists of zinc acrylate and an anionic surfactant. In the zinc acrylate, the ratio of the zinc acrylate particles having particle sizes of >=300 μm determined by dry method is <=20 mass% of the whole particles, the median of the particle sizes of the zinc acrylate is 10-300 μm determined by dry method, and the ratio of the median (A) of the particle sizes of the zinc acrylate determined by dry method to the median (B) of the particle sizes of the zinc acrylate determined by wet method is >2.
