Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device capable of semi-continuously and simultaneously heating plural cylindrical or annular metallic coils having different sizes, kinds and heating patterns to obtain products with good quality. SOLUTION: A shiftable iron core is penetrated into a space portion among plural metallic coils which short-circuit the front ends and the rear ends of the coils and are vertically piled, and an annular transformer is constituted by closely attaching the coils to the iron core winding the primary coil, and thus, a secondary current is directly inducted to the metallic coil by supplying the voltage into the primary coil, to perform the heating. Individual coil is singly heated by arranging an adjuster on the way of the short-circuit line for short-circuiting the front end and the rear end.
