PURPOSE: To provide a clear-cut and compact inductance component in an external appearance form without projections, further a semi-case being hard to open when unnecessary, by a method wherein engaging means for engaging with each other is formed in an inner surface of a plate spring and the semi- case.

CONSTITUTION: Halved hollow ferrite cores 13a, 13b are received into the inside of each of semi-cases 11a, 11b. An engagement hole 15 is formed at a tip part of a plate spring 14 bent in substantially a V shape, and also two small holes 16 are formed in its center part. Thereafter a protruding part 17 is louvered and formed in the rear end part. A rib 18 with which the engage hole 15 is engaged is projected in an inner surface of the one semi-case 11a. The small hole 16 is engaged with a small rib of the one-semi-case 11b, whereby the plate spring 14 is arranged along its inner surface. The semi-case 11a and semi-case 11b are closed and the rib 18 of the other semi-case 11a is compulsorily and elastically engaged with the engage hole 15 at its tip part.
